I.E if I have 400 grams of lean red meat on my plan, what other meat can I use to hit the same macronutrients? - I don't reccomend this option though and urge you to eat the same list of foods on your plan. This gives you certainty with how these brands and types of foods change your body.
But in the beginning people like flexibility so this is their option.

I take around 4 weeks off per year to reset and recharge - no check-ins during this time and message replies will be slower.
Youโll still have full access to Recomposer and your training will stay updated. I usually take my laptop and can adjust your plan if needed.

FRONT - Arms 20 degrees away from body
SIDE - Arms at shoulder height. Do both sides
BACK - Palms open and arms 30 degrees away from your body
OPTIONAL - Posing shot to show off best look
TIPS - Set the camera up at shoulder height
Do photos in the same place, every time. If possible, with the same undergarments as well.

2. ADD RECOMPOSER TO YOUR HOME SCREEN ON PHONE AND THIS PAGE
Your Recomposer log in will be the email you've given me. I will tell you the password. Usually its your full name in lowercase.
Add this to home screen on completion. Then add this webpage to your home screen too and group with the discord app and this webpage (Georges brain) - This webpage is where you can go to access the AI clone of my brain for outside business hours questions.

The software has minimal data on you right now. It learns more about you the more workouts you log.
The only focus you need for week one (or when you are facing new exercises) is to pick a MODERATELY heavy weight and do it for as many reps as you can.
After you do this with all new exercises - the software will suggest exact weights and reps to do for the rest of the month. These suggestions are personalised and based on the parameters I program into Recomposer for you.
